Wu Shang is one of the most feared enemies of the Drama Family. He is the leader of the eponymously named group, the Grampsion. He is the father of Hattori, but known as "The Grandfather" for his familial relations with Ember and Dusk.

Wu Shang had broken away from the Drama Family due to unexplained circumstances. Sometime during this breakaway era, he had gathered the political power through his Grampsion in preparation to weakening the Family. Sometime after, Nix had overthrown him in battle, taking the Grandfather's place, earning him the nickname, "The Leader." A few years after, Wu Shang had challenged the Leader to a fight to the death, with the end result being his victory and reclaimation of the throne.

Wu Shang has the ability to transform into the body of anyone he has killed. With this also grants him power from the fallen and secondly, their own weapons.
