The Citizens are tertiary characters in the Family Drama series. They usually find themselves in the middle of antagonizing teams, which urges them to fight for survival.

Most commonly, the Citizens are good-natured individuals, either during their daily activities or on the Drama Family's side. But there are some who are evil variants, only seeking out war.

One Citizen was diagnosed with a balance disorder by her doctor, Fait. The former was the same one who found herself amidst the drug battles, which had a strong impact on humanity, including pharmaceutical businesses. Fait prescribed to this Citizen a drug that contained toxins derived from war. When the Citizen ingested the medication, she lost her life, resurrecting in skeletal form.

One unidentified Citizen who had lost her life ended up in Hell's clandestine upper management. One culprit spotted her, leading to a fight.
