Isaiah (The Agent) is an opponent of the Drug Cartel. During the early Cartel battles, his place in society was that of an undercover police officer, who was sent to find illegal drug activity. One such activity was through The Doctor, who was accused of prescribing illegal drugs to her patients.

In his later years, he became an FBI agent. One task of his was to try to convert The Robot into an ordinary machine.
