Shrek is a monster and an enemy against the Drama Family. A valued member of the Drug Cartel, he was sent over to investigate Fait in regards to her healing potions and medication.

After Fate was defeated in battle, her potions became vulnerable. Shrek took the opportunity to seize them and fabricate them illegally, selling them to the Drug Cartel for riches.  Word got out to people about his activities. Officer Isaiah was one of these people who also sought out to slow the Cartel's expansion.
